Registering & Using Our Service
By buying a subscription or by registering as a user, you agree to abide by Knickers By Post terms and conditions. Customers agree to provide truthful information about themselves, and to keep that information up-to-date. Under-aged persons (under age 18) can only purchase subscriptions with a guardian’s consent. By placing an order, the under 18-year old assures that they have received a guardian’s consent.
We won’t share your personal information with anyone. We will drop a cookie on the computer or smart device you use to access our website. We do this to gather information and make changes to the site to make it easier and more enjoyable for you to use it. You have our word all data is kept by Knickers By Post and may be used for marketing purposes only. The data will not be sold to third party unrelated industries.
Knickers By Post Subscription Service
Knickers By Post is a surprise subscription box service. The customer does not select the product to be delivered. The customer only chooses the size & style, Knickers By Post selects the actual pair of knickers that will be delivered. Knickers By Post may chose a pair of knickers that you wouldn’t normally choose, giving you the chance to try something new in privacy. Customers can choose a one, three, six, nine or twelve month subscription. Subscriptions boxes always contain 1 pair of knickers per month. Orders for three, six, nine and twelve month subscriptions can be amended before the second delivery. If you wish to make changes to the style or size, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible after receiving the first delivery to request a change. The email should state what changes are desired, the customer’s name and email, and the recipient’s name and email. Also include the original order number, if available. Knickers By post will amend the order for the next Knicker delivery. The prices for Knickers By Post subscriptions and delivery charges are as set out on our website and are stated in GPB. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our site are accurate, mistakes may sometimes occur. If we discover a mistake in the price of a subscription, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to either re-order the subscription at the correct price, or to cancel your order. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as having been cancelled. If the order is cancelled we will not charge you for the subscription, and will refund any money already paid.
Delivery Costs & Process
An order is binding when Knickers By Post has confirmed the order by email. Delivery is free in the UK. The customer is responsible for supplying the correct delivery address and informing Knickers By Post of any changes to it. Send all delivery address changes to firstname.lastname@example.org. All deliveries to then current delivery address are considered correctly delivered. We mail out your first Knickers By Post box 1-2 working days after you place your order and then once a month on the same date for the duration of your subscription. Your first box should arrive 1-2 days later – depending on your location. Knickers By Post uses First Class Royal Mail in the UK. Knickers By Post is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Returns & Cancellations Policy
Cancellation -We’d really rather you didn’t cancel the Gift Service once you’ve made a purchase because we’ll order the stock to fulfil the entire gift run as soon as you make the order – but hey, we’re reasonable people and want you to be happy three, six, nine or twelve month subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations will take effect the month after the cancellation is received (ie If you cancel in August, you will not receive a September box). Upon cancellation, Knickers By Post will refund the customer all monies paid minus number of boxes delivered + the value of a one month subscription to cover our costs. For cancellations, contact hello@Knickersbypost.co.uk. We will absolutely not refund you for any garments that have already been dispatched to your gift recipient. Faulty Goods – Your knickers recipient should check the condition of the knickers upon receipt. If the knickers seem defective, the recipient should contact us immediately with delivery date and nature of the defect. The faulty knickers must be returned to us within 5 working days and we will send a replacement delivery. Please note that the replacement knickers may be different from the original pair – depending on our stock situation. Size Guarantee – If the size of your knickers are a bit snug or a bit roomy, and you would like to make a size change, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the package, and we will arrange for an exchange, and adjust the size for your remaining order. The returned knickers must not have been worn (you may try them on over your own underwear), altered or washed. They must still have all original tags attached and in tip top condition.
Knickers By Post accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal payments. All orders are payable upon placement. If payment is cancelled, Knickers By Post has the right to withhold delivery. We will not store your debit or credit card numbers, valid from or expiry dates or your last 3 digits on our servers. That information will be securely stored by our payment gateway. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are in sterling.
